What you need
- A Samsung Smart TV from 2018 or newer (Tizen 4.0+)
- Your IPTV Level Up Xtream Codes login or M3U link
- A phone or computer to open the player's website (MAC-based apps only)
How do you install IPTV Level Up on Samsung TV?
Follow these 5 steps in order. Have your IPTV Level Up login email open on your phone — you'll copy the server URL, username and password in the sign-in step.
- 1
Open Samsung Apps
Press the Home button, go to Apps, select the magnifier and search for “IBO Player Pro” (or “IPTV Smarters”). Install it and select Add to Home.
- 2
Write down the MAC address and device key
Open IBO Player Pro. The first screen shows a MAC address (six pairs of characters) and a device key. Take a photo of the screen with your phone.
- 3
Add your playlist on the IBO website
On your phone, open the IBO Player website, choose Manage playlists / Login, enter the MAC address and device key, then Add Xtream playlist: name, server URL, username, password.
- 4
Restart the app on the TV
Close IBO Player Pro (hold Back), open it again and pick the “Level Up” playlist. Live TV, movies and series load within a minute.
- 5
Using IPTV Smarters instead
If you installed IPTV Smarters Pro, there's no website step: choose Login with Xtream Codes API on the TV and type the details with the remote.
Where to enter your IPTV Level Up login
IBO Player Pro and Smart IPTV: the login is added on the app's website against the TV's MAC address. IPTV Smarters Pro: directly on the TV, Login with Xtream Codes API.
Copy details exactly: the server URL starts with http:// and may end with a port such as :8080. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

Troubleshooting IPTV Level Up on Samsung TV
- I can't find the app in Samsung Apps
- Availability varies by country and TV year. Try another listed player, or plug a Firestick or Google TV streamer into a free HDMI port — that works on any Samsung.
- IBO shows “playlist expired” or asks for activation
- MAC-based players charge their own one-time activation fee after a free period. That fee goes to the app developer, not to IPTV Level Up.
- Channels freeze after a few seconds
- Samsung's built-in Wi-Fi is often weaker than a stick's. Use an Ethernet cable if the TV is near the router, or turn off Settings → General → Eco Solution → Auto Power Off features.
Tips for a better experience
- Turn Game Mode off and set Picture Mode to Movie or Standard for the most natural look on sports channels.
- Samsung TVs can't sideload APKs. If an app disappears from the store after an update, a streaming stick is the long-term fix.
- Keep the photo of your MAC address and device key — you'll need it if you ever change playlists.
