These terms apply when you use iptvlevelup.pro or buy a IPTV Level Up subscription. By placing an order, you accept them.

The service

IPTV Level Up provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet, delivered as a login (Xtream Codes details, an M3U link or a portal URL) for use in third-party player apps. Channel lineups and on-demand titles change over time; we don't guarantee that any specific channel or title will always be available.

Your account

• Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from activation and don't renew automatically.
• Each plan includes a number of connections (1 to 5): the number of screens that can play at the same time.
• Your login is personal to your household. Sharing it outside your household, reselling access or exceeding your connections may lead to suspension without refund.
• Keep your login private. You're responsible for use of the service with your details.

Ordering and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. The price is calculated on our server for the plan and connections you choose.
• After you submit an order, we send a secure payment link by email. Your subscription is activated after payment is confirmed.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms.

Third-party apps and devices

Player apps (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player Pro) and devices are made by other companies. We provide setup guidance, but we're not responsible for those apps, their fees, their availability in app stores or changes their developers make.

Acceptable use and local laws

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial viewing. You're responsible for making sure that using IPTV services is permitted where you live. Don't use the service for public screenings, commercial venues or redistribution.

Availability

We work to keep the service available 24/7, but streaming over the internet depends on many networks outside our control. Short interruptions and maintenance may happen. Report problems to support and we'll help.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We aren't liable for indirect losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to new orders from the date shown at the top.
