What you need
- A TV or box running Android TV 9+ or Google TV
- A Google account signed in on the TV (for the Play Store)
- Your IPTV Level Up Xtream Codes login
How do you install IPTV Level Up on Android TV?
Follow these 6 steps in order. Have your IPTV Level Up login email open on your phone — you'll copy the server URL, username and password in the sign-in step.
- 1
Open the Google Play Store on the TV
From the home screen go to Apps → Get more apps (Android TV) or Search → Apps (Google TV). Make sure you are signed in with your Google account.
- 2
Install TiviMate IPTV Player
Search for TiviMate and install TiviMate IPTV Player by AR Mobile Dev. IPTV Smarters Pro is a free alternative if you'd rather not pay for TiviMate Premium later.
- 3
Choose Xtream Codes as the playlist type
Open TiviMate and select Add playlist → Xtream Codes. This loads live TV, movies, series and the guide in one go — better than an M3U link on a TV.
- 4
Enter your IPTV Level Up details
Type the server URL (including http:// and the port if there is one), then your username and password. Use the on-screen keyboard carefully: passwords are case-sensitive.
- 5
Pick the groups you want
TiviMate asks which channel groups to show. Keep the countries and categories you watch, hide the rest — fewer groups means faster scrolling.
- 6
Set TiviMate as your default TV app (optional)
In TiviMate Settings → General → Autostart, switch on “Start on boot” so the TV opens straight into live channels.
Where to enter your IPTV Level Up login
TiviMate: Add playlist → Xtream Codes → Server address / Username / Password. IPTV Smarters Pro: Add user → Login with Xtream Codes API.
Copy details exactly: the server URL starts with http:// and may end with a port such as :8080. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

Troubleshooting IPTV Level Up on Android TV
- TiviMate isn't in the Play Store on my TV
- Some TV makers restrict the store by region. Install Downloader from the Play Store and use the official download link our support sends you.
- Guide shows “No information”
- In TiviMate open Settings → EPG → Update EPG. If the times are off by hours, set Settings → EPG → EPG time shift to match your time zone.
- Picture stutters on 4K channels
- Settings → Playback → Video decoder → Hardware, and turn on “AFR” (auto frame rate) if your TV supports it. Use Ethernet for 4K when you can.
Tips for a better experience
- Google TV's built-in Live tab can't show IPTV channels — always open the player app itself.
- Hold the select button on a channel in TiviMate to add it to Favorites; favorites appear as their own group at the top.
- If the TV has under 2 GB of RAM, IPTV Smarters Pro or XCIPTV often feels lighter than TiviMate.
