IPTV Level Up on Hisense TV (VIDAA & Google TV): Setup Guide

How you set up IPTV Level Up on a Hisense TV depends on its system. Hisense Google TV and Android TV models install TiviMate from the Play Store; VIDAA models use whatever IPTV player the VIDAA store offers in your region, or a plug-in streaming stick. Check the system first, then follow the matching path below.

What you need

  • Your Hisense TV remote
  • Your IPTV Level Up login
  • Optional: a Firestick or Google TV streamer for VIDAA models

How do you install IPTV Level Up on Hisense TV?

Follow these 5 steps in order. Have your IPTV Level Up login email open on your phone — you'll copy the server URL, username and password in the sign-in step.

  1. 1

Find out which system your Hisense runs

Open Settings → Support → System Info (VIDAA) or Settings → System → About (Google TV). If you see “Google TV” or “Android TV”, it's Android-based; otherwise it's VIDAA.

  2. 2

Google TV / Android TV models: install TiviMate

Open the Google Play Store, install TiviMate IPTV Player, choose Add playlist → Xtream Codes and enter your server URL, username and password.

  3. 3

VIDAA models: check the VIDAA store

Open the VIDAA Store / App Store from the Home bar and search for “IPTV”. Install a player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U (IBO-type players are common), then add your login as the app explains.

  4. 4

No player on VIDAA? Add a streaming stick

Plug a Fire TV Stick or Google TV streamer into a free HDMI port, set the TV input to that port and follow the Firestick or Android TV guide.

  5. 5

    Test with a live channel

Open a news or sports channel. If the picture is fine, move on to the guide and favorites.

Where to enter your IPTV Level Up login

Google TV models: TiviMate → Add playlist → Xtream Codes. VIDAA players: inside the app or on its website using the TV's MAC address.

Copy details exactly: the server URL starts with http:// and may end with a port such as :8080. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

Troubleshooting IPTV Level Up on Hisense TV

VIDAA store has no IPTV player
VIDAA app catalogues vary by country. A $30–50 streaming stick is the reliable fix and usually performs better than the TV's own processor.
Picture is dark or washed out on sports
Settings → Picture → Picture Mode → Standard or Sports, and switch off Energy Saving which dims the backlight.

Tips for a better experience

  • Hisense Google TV models support Ethernet — use it for 4K channels.
  • On VIDAA, disable Settings → System → Advanced → Fast Start if an IPTV app keeps resuming in a broken state.
