What you need
- Android 8.0 or newer
- Wi-Fi or a mobile data plan (about 2–3 GB per hour of HD)
- Your IPTV Level Up login
How do you install IPTV Level Up on Android phone?
Follow these 5 steps in order. Have your IPTV Level Up login email open on your phone — you'll copy the server URL, username and password in the sign-in step.
- 1
Install IPTV Smarters Pro
Open Google Play, search “IPTV Smarters Pro” and install the app by WHMCS Smarters. XCIPTV Player is a lighter alternative with the same login fields.
- 2
Accept the terms and choose your layout
On first launch, accept the terms and choose Mobile layout. Skip the “Load your playlist” option — Xtream Codes is better.
- 3
Tap “Login with Xtream Codes API”
Enter any name (for example “Level Up”), then the username, password and URL from your email. Paste them from the email app to avoid typos.
- 4
Wait for the download to finish
The app downloads live channels, movies and series. On mobile data this can take a minute; on Wi-Fi it's usually under 30 seconds.
- 5
Open Live TV and test
Tap Live TV, pick a category and tap a channel. Rotate the phone for full screen.
Where to enter your IPTV Level Up login
IPTV Smarters Pro: Login with Xtream Codes API → Any Name, Username, Password, URL (http://…). XCIPTV: Server URL, Username, Password on the first screen.
Copy details exactly: the server URL starts with http:// and may end with a port such as :8080. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

Troubleshooting IPTV Level Up on Android phone
- Playback stops when the screen turns off
- Android's battery saver is pausing the app. Settings → Apps → IPTV Smarters Pro → Battery → Unrestricted.
- Video plays but there's no sound
- In the player, open Settings → Player selection and switch between “Native player” and “Smarters player” — one of them handles the audio codec.
- It's slow on mobile data
- Drop to the SD or HD version of the channel and turn off any data saver that throttles video.
Tips for a better experience
- Use the Cast button inside Smarters to send a channel to a Chromecast — the phone becomes a remote.
- A tablet on Wi-Fi is the simplest second screen for kids: install the same app with the same login.
- Lock the app with Smarters' Parental Control (Settings → Parental Control) before handing the tablet over.
